Success for Pole and Zambezi rowing teams
Jock Wishart and his crew of Old Pulteney have completed their extraordinary row to the Magnetic North Pole. The team, including adventurer Mark Beaumont, have become the first to row to any Arctic position.
Arctic Row Team set to go
Polar explorer Jock Wishart will, in the next few days, lead out an expedition to row 450 miles across the Canadian Arctic, from Resolute Bay to the 1996 position of the Magnetic North Pole on Ellef Rignes Island.
‘Row Zambezi’ Expedition ready to go
In August this year a team of rowers will attempt to row the Upper Zambezi in 3 double sculling boats, supported by vehicles and a safety boat – a feat which has never before been achieved.
Row Across the English Channel to Celebrate Belgianness
We are two ladies rowing from Niewport, Belgium to the great Belgian Café in Ramsgate and back, on our National day, 21st of July, for the charity “Because I am a girl”
SeaGals kick off the Virgin GB Row
The SeaGals – the first all-female team to row round GB in the Virgin GB Row started off today.

LIA DITTON COMPLETES HER OARSOME CHALLENGE
At 12:59 Thursday 18th March, Lia Ditton and Mick Birchall rowed Dream Maker across the finish line to take 9th place in the Woodvale Atlantic Rowing Race (2009), their Oarsome Challenge completed.
